HOW IT WORKS ?

Step 1 – ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS
Register your interest in attending as a Hosted Buyer by completing the online form where you will be asked to provide your company information, contact information and sourcing purpose click here.
Step 2 – SELECTION PROCESS
Applications will be reviewed diligently and successful applicants will be informed by email notification within two weeks notifying their qualified hosting incentives, rights & obligations
Step 3 – ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS
All kinds of administrative procedures vital for the travel, accommodation and visa requirements of the qualified hosted buyers will then be handled & cleared
TERMS OF USE
  • Only applicants based outside India may be eligible for the International Hosted Buyer Programme.
  • Online application forms must be submitted on or before 31st July 2024.
  • Only applications with correct attached requirements, as stated in the form, will be reviewed.
  • Inclusion in the International Hosted Buyer Programme and the awarding of subsidies will be at the complete discretion of the ASW Team.
  • Hosted buyers are required to attend at least 6 pre-arranged business matching meetings and networking activities, be interviewed by the ASW Team and complete a survey at the end of the visit. Non-compliance may result in the recall of the subsidy.
  • Int’l Buyer Programme doesn’t include; any visa application and fees, private ground transfers, hotel/flight upgrades or date/time/destination changes, travel/health insurance, excess baggage, additional overnight stay and extra food & beverage expenses and other personal expenses.
  • Additional details and documents may be requested post-submission of the application form as part of the registration process.
